TeleBank - IVR

"TeleBank"-IVR (Interactive Voice Remainder)

 

To work with "TeleBank"-IVR (Interactive Voice Remainder) you need to have telephone device with number tone dialing.

Structure of information selection in the system is designed on the principle of embedded voice menu. Work with system consists of selection of the menu points you may request. To select any menu point you have to push the button with relevant figure on your telephone device. Transition from embedded voice menu to the upper one is always performed by pushing the button "0".

When you gain sufficient experience with the system, you may not listen to the whole message, but to push immediately the figure you need. In some modes of work with system, you may need to introduce supplementary information, for example date, account order number, PIN-code, etc. Remember, introducing this information must end with pushing the button "#".

Date is introduced in the layout of two figures per day, month, and year. To introduce current date it is sufficient to push the button "*", then "#".

Supplementary commodities are presented by the work via mobile telephone. You can store in the telephone memory the most used combinations of pushed buttons (for example, obtaining of remainder of the account or currency rates) and then obtain information you need by pushing a single button.

Bippers and many modern models of home radiotelephones give also the option to store combinations of tone signals.

For now, "TeleBank"-IVR system's users may access type of operations as follows:

  • Listening to the information regarding remainder of the accounts
  • NBM currency exchange rates
  • Currency rates of CB EuroCreditBank JSC
  • Information about Bank
  • Obtaining of information to the facsimile device (remainder of the accounts, abstracts, currency rates)
  • Connection to the operator
  • Obtaining of help regarding work with "TeleBank"-IVR
  • Attraction dialogs of work with the "TeleBank"-TSC's operator-TSC

    To access the "TeleBank"-IVR system dial up the number 500-201. To work with the system you have to select the language you need to receive answers of "TeleBank"-IVR in. Push the button "1" for Russian and "2" for Romanian.
    Then you get into main menu. Pushing relevant buttons of telephone device performs selecting of menu points.

    1. Listening to the information regarding remainder of the accounts
    To listen to you have to introduce your identity number and password, in respond to the system's invitation. Then the system pronounces your accounts names and proposes to select account number. Introduce account number, then push the button "#". To obtain information regarding all accounts at once push the button "0", then the button "#".
    After that, you will listen to the information regarding remainder of the accounts.

    2. Currency rates of the National Bank of RM
    Before listening to the currency rates of the NBM, you have to introduce date you want to obtain the currency rate on. Date is introduced in the layout of two figures per day, month, and year. To introduce current date it is sufficient to push the button "*", then "#".
    Then you will be proposed to select the currency from a list or to listen to all currency rates.

    3. Currency rates of EuroCreditBank JSC.
    Before listening to the currency rates of the EuroCreditBank JSC, you have to introduce date you want to obtain the currency rate on. Date is introduced in the layout of two figures per day, month, and year. To introduce current date it is sufficient to push the button "*", then "#".
    Then you will be proposed to select the currency from a list or to listen to all currency rates..

    4. Information about Bank
    You can obtain information about bank with aid of this service.

    5. Receiving of information on facsimile device
    You can receive different information to facsimile device wit aid of this menu, namely:

  • Information regarding remainder of the account
  • Currency rates of the National Bank of Moldova
  • Currency rates of EuroCreditBank
  • Account Receipt .
  • Receiving of help in work with "Telebank"-IVR
  • Information about Bank
  • Bank's requisites
  • Receipts on the most used combinations of buttons

    To obtain information regarding remainder of the account and abstract regarding account you have to introduce identity number and password.
    To receive currency rates you have to introduce date when you desire to receive rates.

    6. Connection with operator.
    Pushing the button "6" you can connect the telephone service center operator of EuroCreditBank JSC

    7. Help in work with "Telebank"-IVR system
    Pushing the button "7" you will listen to the help in work with system.

    8. Work attraction mode
    To listen to attraction dialogs with the "Telebank"-TSC's operator you have to:

  • Dial up 500-201 ( "Telebank"- IVR).
  • Transfer telephone to tone dialing, pushing the button "*".
  • Push "1" to enter into Russian menu, and "2" one in the state language.
  • Dial up "81" to listen to the dialog of the receiving the remainder from the system's main menu.
  • Dial up "82" to listen to the dialog of the receiving information regarding presented bills for services and their payment from the system's main menu.
  • Dial up "83" to listen to the dialog of the services payment from the system's main menu.
  • Dial up "84" to listen to the dialog of the currency purchase/selling from the system's main menu.
